Private Apartment in Javea

A brand new luxury apartment in Javea Port, 5 mins walk from the beach. This modern ground floor apartment has air conditioning and under floor heating in all rooms. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms (sleeps 4-6 people), two bathrooms, patio area, own private garden with access to communal pool/jacuzzi. There is also ample parking outside the apartment. This is a small complex of only 26 apartments.

There is a large patio area leading onto its own private garden which hosts magnificent views of the Montgo.This area is a great bonus as it overlooks the communal swimming pool/jacuzzi (including children's pool) so you can watch your children play with ease. There is a lock on the garden gate so they cannot go to the pool without your knowledge. All gates to the complex have electric security buzzer to the entrance

Javea has 3 main areas; the Old town, the Port and the Arenal.

The Old town represents traditional Spain. It has white feature buildings and lots of characteristics. There are regular street markets where you can purchase authentic Spainish souvenirs, stock up on fruit and vegetables, puchase clothing and other items. It is dominated by the gothic fortified Church of San Bartolome, a listed National Artistic Monument, dating back to the 15th century.

The Port area of Javea remains fully working providing fresh supplies of fish to the area. The modern Nautical Club has 297 berths in its marina and there are also facilities for all kinds of water sports, including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The La Grava pebble beach at the Port is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants to suit everyones tastes.

The Arenal has a beautiful golden sandy beach which always holds the blue flag for cleanliness issued by the European Foundation. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs, offering a variaty of food, drink and entertainment. It offers a good night for all ages. The Arenal is approx. a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute car journey from the apartment. There is a road train from the Port to the Arenal at regular daily intervals.


How to get there

There are flights available from Thomsonfly.com, Easyjet.com, BMIbaby.com and Flymonarch.com. You can also arrange car hire through these companies. You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia which are both only an hour away. Once a booking has been made the owners will send you directions via the post.


Non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure booking payments to be made in full six weeks before holiday .Also a key & refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required.
